On December 9th, 1965, The Cincinnati Reds dealt us four American League pennants and two World Championships. It’s as simple as that.
By the 1980 season, he was a regular at Orioles games. That season he notched career highs in games (64) and saves (26). His method of operation was simple. He was there to blow fastballs by American League hitters.
Ever want to jump into the television set and pound someone?
Moe Drabowsky’s best prank was the time the Orioles reliever called up the Kansas City bullpen and told them to warm up pitcher Lew Krausse.
We can only hope the 2012 Orioles stay hot and bring us hungry fans some post-season fun. On May 30, 1979 the Orioles were in first place by 2.5 games over the Red Sox. The record was solid enough at 30-18. And then June clicked in on the baseball calendar. The Orioles would lose two […]

But when Jon Miller came to town, we were truly blessed. What […]
We had great seats at the O’s spring training game against the Twins on March 27. Of course we had low expectations about the Orioles but it was a chance to see some baseball in Sarasota. It was hot as heck in the sun and the Twins jumped out early. But as the game went […]
As a sales representative, I guess this was generous of the Orioles to hand these tickets out to employees. I rode a bus up with fans from our Washington DC office to go to the games. Through these Orioles Nation columns, I found out that the village manager of Lincolnshire, Illinois is also an Orioles […]
