Command was though to be a problem when drafted, but he has cleaned up his mechanics and that has improved his control/command. Had some slight shoulder problems in college. Struggles to get ahead of hitters. Fastball is an average offering, sitting 88-90 mph, touching 91 mph. Above-average curveball is a true weapon.
