Orioles Acquire Dana Eveland from Dodgers

The Orioles have acquired LHP Dana Eveland from the Dodgers , according to Jon Morosi of FoxSports.com. In return, the Orioles have sent LHP Jarrett Martin. Martin, 22, was 5-12 with a 4.96 ERA at A Delmarva last season. He was an 18th round pick in 2009.

Eveland, 28, has a career 5.33 ERA over the span of 7 major league seasons with the Brewers, Diamondbacks, Athletics, Blue Jays, Pirates and Dodgers.

They pitched 29.2 innings with a 3.03 ERA, and 124 ERA + last season with the Dodgers. He will most likely look to solidify a spot on the 25 man roster during spring training.
