RHP Ken Wise has been promoted from the GCL to Aberdeen.
Wise, 22, was a 22nd round pick by the Orioles in the 2010 draft. He pitched 20.2 innings for the GCL Orioles in 2011, posting a 6.10 ERA.
In a corresponding move, the Orioles released INF Ryan Zrenda.
Zrenda, 24, had a batting line of .296/.367/.556 in 30 plate appearances for the Ironbirds in 2011.
