RHP Jake Cowan Promoted to AA Bowie

The Shorebirds announced that RHP Jake Cowan has been promoted to AA Bowie.

Cowan, 23, went 1-0 with a 2.22 ERA in 13 appearances out of the bullpen for the Shorebirds.
