RHP Gene Escat Promoted To Class-A Delmarva

RHP Gene Escat has been promoted from Aberdeen to Delmarva.

Escat, 22, was a 23rd round pick by the Orioles in the 2012 draft.

He pitched 7.2 innings with a 2.35 ERA for Aberdeen this season.
