RHP Devin Jones Promoted To Frederick

RHP Devin Jones has been promoted from Delmarva to Frederick.

Jones, 22, was drafted in the 9th round by the Orioles in 2011.

He pitched 54.1 innings with a 2.65 ERA with Delmarva this season.
