LHP Zach Fowler Promoted To Norfolk

LHP Zach Fowler has been promoted from Delmarva to Norfolk.

Fowler, 23, pitched 35.1 innings for Delmarva this season with a 2.55 ERA.

He had a 25 scoreless inning streak at one point this season.
