C Pedro Perez Placed On DL

C Pedro Perez has been placed on the disabled list. In a corresponding move, INF Joe Velleggia was transferred from Class-A Delmarva.

Perez, 21, is from San Pedro de Macoris, Dominican Republic.

He has played in 8 games for Aberdeen this season, posting a .107/.167/.143 batting line in 30 plate appearances.
