Third Basemen Brandon Waring has been promoted from AA Bowie to AAA Norfolk.
Waring, 26, hit .276/.389/.551 in 221 plate appearances for AA Bowie.
Waring is making his 2nd trip to Norfolk this season. He hit .174/.224/.283 in 49 plate appearances for Norfolk earlier this year.
INF Michael Rooney was promoted to AA Bowie to take his roster spot.
