Nicky Delmonico Named SAL AS Game MVP

Congratulations to Nicky Delmonico who was named MVP of the SAL All Star game. Nicky was 2-4 with a single and a double and scored 2 runs in the North's 3-2 win tonight. Delmonico played the entire game at 1B for the North team despite being used mostly at 2B over the last month for Delmarva.

Practically has carried the Delmarva offense over the past month or two. While his defense is still a work in progress, the bat seems to be well on pace to what the Orioles hoped.
