Ayala ... wow. A walk and a single. Arrieta line now changes to 4er. Friends of mine that are Yankees fans hated this guy last season and said he always let inherited runners score and his ERA was much lower than it should have been.

10 LOB tonight

At least Reynolds contributed instead of costing us the game tonight. Arrieta had a good game even though the line doesn't look it. Another multi hit game for Wieters is always nice to see. Jones got challenged by Girardi and he failed miserably trying to hit a grand slam instead of just getting a single to win the game. Gregg gave up the 2 run HR and I see a lot of people on other websites raging and blaming him but he was on his 35th pitch and got through 1.2 innings. Ayala, Gregg, Jones all deserve blame and I get that but I don't think this game is all on Gregg at all.

Not paying a one year wonder reliever a couple mil should be a lesson this team has learned. In fact every team should know that one by now. Baltimore never learns tho. So tired of losing to NY
