Post Ideas/Schedule

PostPost #1 by Jordan Tuwiner » December 27th, 2011, 2:08 pm

We have not published much content lately, but we are about to resume normal posting.

I'd like to use this thread as place for the ON Staff to alert readers on what content they should be expecting. But I also want this thread to be a place where readers can suggest topics for us to write about. Feel free to throw out any ideas or topics and we'll look into posting about it.

Next week we will have a piece from Bill and the last two parts of Don's Cuban talent series.

We will also be beginning our top 50 prospects countdown (we're sorry for the delay on this).

A list of the current Orioles players that have the following:
1. Options and how many.
2. Arbitration and what figures to expect.
3. Players that have gone through waivers and will become free agents the next time waived.

These are just off the top of my head but would give everyone a better understanding of "Roster Management" or lack thereof.

another idea that would be interesting is projections of lineups and rotations for the next couple of years on a minor and major league level (similar to what BA does in their yearly assessments). It would be interesting to see where you and Don think many of these prospects are headed in the near future (next couple of years)
