Originally drafted as a starter out of Saint Mary’s in 2007, Sean Gleason’s switch to the bullpen has given his prospect status new life. Gleason spent his first three seasons as an Orioles as a starter, but 10 rough 2009 starts at Bowie made it clear he was a reliever going forward, and the Orioles moved him to the bullpen the following season.

So, I take it that he has an outside chance to make it as a major league reliever but he is most likely not going to?

I have been surprised at how his success diminished as he got promoted. In 2008 Gleason teamed with Luis Noel and Zach Britton here on the Shore for a combined record of 34-17, with Gleason going 12-2 with an ERA of 2.63.

I think the BB per 9IP is too high still and the short time he spent in Norfollk at the end of 2011 was not successful. I'd start the season with him in Bowie possibly as the closer or set up man depending on Klein's status and location.
