Found this on http://baseballnewshound.com/?p=1908 just wondered if was any use to anybody, im interested to see what will happen with the O's and the rule 5 draft. Also is there anyone on this list you would deem worthy of being put on the 40man roster?

Pelzer and Lebron would be the only two that I would consider.
