Daric Barton, Angel Pagan, Dana Eveland, Joe Saunders, Andrew Miller, JP Howell, Bergeson, Albers.

Obviously each of them would have to come at the right price, which wouldn't be very much for any of them.

Angel Pagan (if we end up trading Jones), James Loney (provided we don't get fielder and move Reynolds to DH), Andrew Miller (but i am biased as a UNC student), Joe Sanders, Bergeson, and I would give a look at Slowey.

This are just the options I would consider.
Jesus Flores- Young, back-up catcher material. Was gonna be the Nats catcher of the future till Injuries and Ramos.
James Loney- Quality First Basemen till Mahoney gets called up. Reynolds can DH
Luke Scott- Could come back for DH
Willie Eyre- pitched well last year. Good bullpen arm. I think has shot to crack 25-man roster.
Andrew Miller- Young, Good stuff.
Micah Owings- Quality bullpen arm
Joe Saunders- Innings Eater, about Guthrie material.

They need to go after all of the relievers they can get. They should look hard into Owings, Volstad, Mijares, Gorzellanny.

From a positional standpoint, clearly the Orioles need a new backup C. Thus the reason for Flores, Hill, Kottaras, etc.
I also think they could look into a UTIL or MI option such as Getz or Schumaker. They also bring an element to this team that the Orioles have lacked in past years (SB, OBP, versatility).
I put Pagan and Torres on there because I think they could bring in value at a low price. IF they are non-tendered that is.

Pitching wise, those are the guys I think could bring potential value or have bounce-back type seasons.

If we offer him arbitration it will cost us 10M. If we non tender him he would almost certainly sign somewhere else, even for the same money, out of spite.

Frankly, I think it's time to move on regardless of what he would cost.

He made 6.4M last season how could he possibly get a 3.6M raise?

Either way, never said to offer him arbitration. I thought it was obvious that since I said he is a non tender candidate that I would sign that I would be offering signing him to a contract after he is non tendered.

While Ian Stewart did get tendered the rockies are open to trading him this off season. He could be another possibility for 3B that would allow us to move Reynolds to DH.
