Buck seems to think nobody will show up. I think he is just trying to avoid admitting that everybody loves him.

Interesting matchup tonight, with Arrieta out for the O's and Blue Jays not-prospect recent call-up Shawn Hill. Let's beat him up!

Though he let up 2 hits and threw 23 pitches in the 1st, Arrieta's stuff looks solid tonight, and his pace has definitely sped up.

We'll have to see if he can keep the baserunners at a minimum so we can get a good 6 innings at least out of him.

Heard he may be shut down after this start. Any truth to that?

Buck said pre-game that it would depend on how he pitched, and how many innings he pitched, in that order of importance. So 6 IP, 104 pitches, 0 ER. Gotta see if that means he gets another start for the success or if he is shut down on a positive note.
