Looks to be that way. Law believes Rendon will fall to Washington.

So Bubba is the first guy selected that is not in my top 15, but I am bullish on him.

Rendon finally gets selected. We will see how the shoulder shakes out.

Archie Bradley goes to Diamonbacks and Indians are pounding the table. They wanted him in the worst way.

Very happy with Dylan Bundy. Anthony Rendon would have been great too. One thing I really like about Bundy is the intangibles. Machado and even Matt Hobgood all have this going for them. The Orioles could be building something from the ground up with a group of players who can remake the image and personality of the organization. Gooooooooooooooo Orioles!

If he ends up being the player people thought he was the Nats have already had a very good draft three years running.

So my second outside the top 15 is selected. Again I am more bullish, but he should be a solid defensive shortstop. His bat makes me pause.

Baez is all bat speed, but his bat is not near Machado and his defense is not even remotely close to Lindor. His bat may not play at third.

I would have gone Corey over Baez. I like Spangenberg and he may one day have the best bat in this draft

Dylan came across as a little stiff, said he was not an emotional guy, when answering questions but showed a smile when he was about to get into a "debate" with is friend Archie over their matches against each other. Archie could not stop smiling and did a good job, much more natural TV interviewee. I thought Arizona should have taken both of them, Bundy at 3 and Archie at 7.

Interesting how this draft has been billed as being so pitching rich, yet 6 of the first 11 picks are position players.

Just to let you know, he is a complete 180 off the record and is a real easy going kid. You will not meet kids from a better family, both he and his brother gravitate people to them.
