I hope somebody showed Tillman the video of almost any of his starts last August or September. He's certainly capable of getting the job done if his head's on straight.

Hope to be back for the 4th inning with Tillman and the O's winning. Gotta get a quick workout in though.

I'm not watching or listening. Sadly Im currently restricted to Gameday on MLB.com That said I would like to be the first to say "Hey there Chris Tillman! Your twenty pitches in the first inning is no freaking good!"

OK If Chris Davis keeps this up we have to cough up a new nickname for him. Jesus is already taken. Any suggestions?

Tillman was much better in the 2nd. Only 9 pitches this go (29 total). He learns how to string a few innings like that together and he will have a brilliant start. Tough to do though.

I liked how the sux fans were mocking Davis yesterday before he hit that bomb to center. Did they mock him again?

Let's go Tillman 1-2-3.

Overthrowing. You need to get settled down.

Would have loved to have gotten Jackie Bradley, he was a steal in the 2nd round.

Wasn't he hurt tight around draft time when he was selected?

Or am I thinking of Pomeranz?

Yes he was hurt but to me he had the skills to be top 15, the injury was nothing to be concerned with long term.

Too much of the plate even though it was not a bad pitch. Sigh. No more runs Tillman.

Ahead but can't put batters away. 65 pitches. Losing 2-1. The offense needs to answer back.

2 runs allowed in 3 innings off of 65 pitches... Anyone thinking it's a TJ McFarland kinda night?

Nine pitch strike out for Mr Jones. Hard to get excited about the at bat but he got behind early and fought hard to stay alive. He really has become an excellent player.
