- Interpreters are now allowed to visit the mound.
- Teams can now have a 7th coach in the dugout.
- "The fake-to-third, throw-to-first pickoff move now would be considered a balk."

You would have thought this rule would have been a no-brainer a long time ago.

Really!?!? They finally came around on that? It will be interesting to see how many times a pitcher, who is so used to the move being legal, forgets and gets called for a balk.

I like to see Instant replay reviewed on basepaths. Like this should have been reviewed during the playoffs

Also when pitcher is in a setting position batter cannot call time. When pitcher sets if your not ready tough!

I agree that all the timeouts and stepping out a batter is allowed can get really frustrating. I'd like to see the rule where they have to have 1 foot in the box the whole time and maybe they get 1 timeout per at bat

Didn't one of the O's pitchers successfully pull off the ol' third to first trick this past season? Seems like I remember it, but then again my memory ain't what it used to be...

I think that might have been O'Day.
