I firmly believe that a contract of 4 years would get a deal done with Hamilton. Billy Ripken on MLB network was drooling over him as an Oriole and what a difference it would make for them in the A.L. East.

For me that fourth year would HAVE to be a vested option. He can get that from Texas so the Rangers would have spend their money on Greinke in order for us and Seattle to have a shot on a 3 + 1 contract.
