Tolleson might have hung on as a backup but with Machado a fixture at third for a long time it was a smart move he chose another organization

He w/have been a real useful infield sub if he could have hit a little more, something like Chris Gomez. But since he didn't hit, his departure shouldn't elicit too much grief in Birdland.

Nobody thinks Tolleson was an answer they just liked him as UTIL player or AAA depth.
