Starling as OF or P??

I see a lot of mock drafts have the O's taking Starling at #4. Would he be drafted as a pitcher or outfielder???

Teams see him as a fielder, he has the tools to be a power hitting center fielder. He could out grow and become a left fielder because of his speed, or move to first base limiting his value. For a part time player, he has better grasp of the plate than most of your two sport "athletes".

I will be getting some tape from his first week in the next couple of days. I want to see his development from last summer to now.
