ON Top 50 Prospects 2013 – #49: Ashur Tolliver

The Orioles drafted Ashur Tolliver in 5th round of the 2009 draft and handed him a $200,000 signing bonus. His career has been derailed by a number of shoulder and arm injuries which have cost him developmental time and velocity.

He didn't pitch in the minors in 2012 due to a UCL injury that required Tommy John Surgery.
