Josh Hamilton to O's

Chen, Hammel and Gonzales arent as good like Palmer,McNally and Cuellar were. And those great pitchers had consistency and mechanics in them. How many times you see the batter freeze with strikeouts when Palmer pitched? Cause Palmer had control he knew just where to put that ball in the strike zone. Very rarely you see Palmer threw a mistake that gets launched out of the ballpark.

And how many threesomes EVER will be? Try counting the Cy Young votes those guys got. Considering where we were a cuople of years ago I'll happily take Chen, Hammel and Gonzales. Please name three other SPs that we could acquire WITHOUT giving up any talent or paying them any more money.

I say keep Hammel and Gonzales and go get Joe Blanton and Rich Harden. Plus make trade for Tim Lincecum

Please review their 2012 seasons and rethink that statement.

I hope someone is VERY wrong about that. I can't think of a FASTER way to wreck this franchise than to grossly overpay for some aging has been.

And who wants to sign big money on the Yankees? I dont want to be around in that dugout after what Girardi benched AROD. Hes still angry about being benched. Like Showater said it shows a lack of trust when you do that.

Thanks for posting this.

It would not surprise me if they went after Hamilton. I wouldn't want it all though.

IMO Hamilton for THREE years would be a solid addition. Beyond that and you start to look at a franchise wrecking contract.

Since Hamilton is a recovering addict you may want to change that to crab cakes and a sweet tea.:)

Well its the Best the birds can get without ther pricy free agents. And i studied those two. They pitch very well at Camden Yards. We need to win at Home more often.
