You wonder if he has been told to relax and let the more experienced players carry the load. He seems to listen to good advice.

I think he's just happy to be there. He told Ghiroli he still has trouble sleeping some nights because he can't stop thinking about how he's in the big leagues. McLouth, Machado, Flaherty, the starters, O'Day, etc. are the ones carrying this team right ow. I don't think it's a coincidence that none of the ones expected to be great have been great.
