I'm working with FanGraphs WAR data and I've found that the Orioles outperformed their predicted record based on WAR by 18.5 wins -- the most in the major leagues.
The Orioles would be projected 74.5 wins for 2012 based on their total WAR of 31.9. The O's finished the season with 93 wins.
There's one more crazy number regarding this magical season.
