Are you even being realistic, rather serious? Good Luck finding 5 starting pitchers better than our best pitchers this year.

I did say I was being greedy. I don't ACTUALLY expect that we'll have a rotation like that, BUT I want it because then our team would be so much better. There's nothing wrong with setting an unreasonable goal and then doing everything you can to accomplish as much of it as you can.

Well I don't think this is the right place for la-la land. You can't get 5 #1 pitchers, let alone 4, let alone 3 in one offseason. We have a pitcher with a 3.5 ERA and you're not going to put him in our rotation?

I'll settle for six solid from any starter that the O's have. When you have a bullpen like the O's do you only need 6 from the starter.

Gonzalez on 4 days rest tonight should be interesting. Hopefully, he keeps them in the game.

I had to help my uncle out as his restaurant tonight, so I couldn't watch.
But wow has he been a spectacular find. Even the O's probably didn't think he would be this good. But they probably wouldn't tell us that :D

If they thought it he wouldn't have started in AAA as a reliever lol.

Looking forward to it Jordan. He has been a major story on this ballclub and illustrates the talent that Dan Duquette possess as a top flight GM. 8-)

Season ERA ends up at 3.25.

It really is a joy to watch this guy pitch. What a great find by Ferreira.

It's so nice to see Tillman and Gonzalez come up from the minors and pitch well when year after year it was just one crappy starter replacing another terrible one.

That was the difference between Duquette and MacPhail. DD brought in enough additional SP to cover an entire season and was willing to spend money on decent SPs in August instead of rooting through the bargain bin. AM was invested in "the Cavalry" and was apparently unwilling to bring in quality SP because it would raise questions about the quality of our young pitching.
