Incredible. To think many wanted him gone and now he is arguably the O's top starting pitcher.

Oh, and he's the 2nd youngest pitcher on the 40 man roster.

To think many wanted him gone

Some of us wanted him converted to a reliever as they have done with Hunter; however, the Tillman we're seeing now IS A TOTALLY DIFFERENT PITCHER than the one we sent down. He finally decided to listen to what he was told and, amazingly, it worked.

He threw some beautiful change-ups yesterday. They looked exactly like his fastball coming out of his hand at almost 10mph slower. And a lot of them were for strikes too.
