Players in the O's org., who I assume talked to Bobby about Dylan, have told me Dylan has hit 98 mph in the past.

I have scouted Bundy on a few occasions and I do think he is a mid-late first rounder on the bump, but I am not quite as high on his bat. I had him projected as a second rounder at best as a position player. If they Os take him with the 4th selection - they are reaching and are enamored with his plus-plus velocity. His fastball can be flat and his secondary pitches lack some depth and consistency. Bundy has a huge upside, but needs to develop just a bit and consistently work down in the zone. He could be a great one, but I would pass on him so early in the draft.

His jerky delivery should be limited in innings and overall pitches limited. It limits his chances of injury and keeps him in a lineup longer.
Does that mean he is not a top five, it depends on his signability and surrounding talent level. Drew Storen was only a top pick because he was a "safe" option to sign cheap, but on talent he was a late first round pick.
Purke could still be a high selection, but if he wants the moon with starter money the kid could drop and drop hard.

I want to see more tape on him and see how he advaced at the plate, but I am already sold of at least a 75 on defense. He looked good in the box, but I prefer to watch BP a few times before I want to see game tape. I was told that he turned on a solid fastball to the tune of 425 ft over right-center field a few days back.
