Orioles signed two pitchers and both were assigned to the GCL club today:

RHP Joe Rosan out of San Diego Mesa JC http://orioles-nation.com/blogs/minor-l ... joe-rosan/
RHP Chris Green out of Northwest Missouri State http://orioles-nation.com/blogs/minor-l ... ris-green/

Green had Tommy John Surgery after his junior season and has pitched in a summer league as a RP.
