Why can't the Orioles win the AL East?

I am sick of the hating on this team!

They are 4.5 back and have an easy schedule coming up while the Yankees have...a tougher one....

I believe in this team. Do you?

I think they can. This team is showing us all that they believe that they can as well. This game. Game two of the series with the Yankees. They have been showing the will, the want. They are feeding off of all of these wins and stringing them together. People are gonna hate even if the make the playoffs. They are second in the AL East. The toughest division in baseball. Ahead of the rays and red sox. They are playing better than .500 ball. What more could you ask for from this season? The future isn't dark anymore. We have some talented players on the horizon. Just give it time. I feel like this is just the beginning of something great for this Orioles clubs. Let's go O's.

I would just throw out all numbers at this point. They just win on grit and heart alone.

Realistically we're not in the same class as NYY. Now give me a solid 3B, another big bat, and two (TOR/LHR) pitchers, then I think we're in the conversation
