Guzman had a long riff inning needing 28 pitches to get through inning. He started his second appearance for Delmarva with a K. He then gives up a triple on a 0-2 count Bernadina crashed into wall leaving ball rolling off wall Webb retrieved the ball to hold it to triple. Guzman is then hit with line drive to cut his pitching hand. Sawyer then allowed a wild pitch which he should have stopped to allow run in. He then gives up a walk followed by a pop out for out number two. He walks 6th batter of inning before striking out Caldwell to end inning. Guzman had a 88 mph fastball a 68-72 curve and a 78-80 change.
