Love watching him throw that high heater by these guys. You know they think they can catch up to it. Sorry not happening.

Always loved the pace he maintains through a game. This however even sped that up.

Jim Palmer made a very good living on that pitch.

He looked a little stiff at the start but once he got warmed up I liked the delivery a lot better. It still looks a little jerky to my untrained eye though. After the first inning or so this went away.

His attempted curves were awful for the most part. And it looked like he was slowing down his delivery.

I liked the athleticism and covering 1st.

Not a tall kid so he's bucking the odds in that regard. His workout regiment concerns me a bit because he has and is putting a lot of stress on his shoulder and back. I am happy however he is working with Peterson

I think developing the curveball is going to be an issue short term. Let's see what happens
