In his first at bat, with a runner on 2nd, he grounds out to 2nd and Roberts advances to third. A productive out, something the Orioles have been horrible at this year.
In his second at bat, a ground out to short stop. This was his only bad at bat of the night.
In his third at bat, a ground out to second that scores a run. Once again, a productive out.
In his fourth at bat, a walk with runners on 2nd and 3rd to load the bases for JJ Hardy who has been ripping the Hell out of the ball recently.
In his fifth and final at bat, a solo HR that gave the Orioles a 9-7 lead in the bottom of the 8th.
In the box score his 1-4 with 1hr, 2rbi, 1r, 1bb won't look like anything special. However, he had an incredible night tonight. Just another example of why sometimes watching or listening to a game is more important than looking at stats.
