I have seen him live in the Cape League with Harwich, soley as a relief pitcher. He has a very live fastball with solid movement and can reach into the 96/97 range. I consdered it his only plus pitch and only pitch of quality at the moment. He has a potential three pitch repitore that could move him into a starter role, which he did this past season at East Carolina. I like the fact you can get a guy that can still scratch potential and grow on his 6'5" frame that could gain another 15-20 pounds as a professional. I feel in the bullpen, he could mimick Dan Klien's style advancement to the Orioles in short order.
