Thank GOD! I wanted terps get the heck out of the ACC. But not in the Big Ten. I rather see them in the Big East conferance. I would love to see Maryland vs Georgetown rivalry.

Yes I think the Big East would have been better for sure but this is all about $$$$. If we're going to get our heads beat around consistently in ACC football, it might as well be the Big Ten where we can double our TV bucks. 8-)

Big Ten football really isn't that much better than ACC football.

I would resent it if the ACC was still the ACC. But now it's gunked up w/all kinds of schools that have no connection with its history and roots. Maryland is simply moving from one football conglomerate to another. That's all.

I would have to think the prospect of Ohio State, Michigan or Wisconsin playing at College Park would be a lot more exciting than Clemson, North Carolina or Duke 8-)
