Take away his poor first start and he's been phenomenal. Is he coming into view as one of O's better prospects?

Steven Brault is right on that next level of prospects for me.

Scouts were buzzing about him last year in Aberdeen. I have not seen him yet this year, but imagine that he has continued the success that was shown last year. Fastball sits low 90's with some movement and deception. He's a college guy, so probably shouldn't be long until he sees Frederick.

... and it's important that he moves through the system quickly. He'll be 22 next week and showing success at High A ball will identify him as a legit prospect.

Threw 5 more good innings tonite but got the 1-0 loss. They're holding he and Harvey to 75 pitches.
