So the end of another minor league season is upon us. Great to see the players on twitter so excited about getting home after a long season.

Can't wait for Bowie to start their playoff run. Remember this team is made of of several key players who won the Mills Cup with Frederick last season. I hope that speaks of things to come for many years as some of these youngsters make it to the big leagues.

I will be at Bowie tomorrow too.
That team has a good aura around it almost like the Orioles. Good group of guys.

Also unfortunately I have some bad news:

2012 11th round selection Kevin Grendell received a 50-game ban after testing positive for Dehydroepiandrosterone.
I have no damn clue what the heck that is, but it's gonna cost him 50.

It sounds like he could have had the same (or better) results from a healthy diet and targeted exercise.
