I saw this quote by Betemit and it really showed me how this team is different from the Orioles teams of the recent past.
"We got a team where everybody pulls together," Betemit said in the jubilant Orioles clubhouse. "Everybody knows how to play, knows how to win, and that's what we do."
We finally have a winning culture here in Baltimore and these players won't stand for losing which is refreshing as a fan. Today showed something we haven't seen in a while and that was a desire to fight back and win. Even if this season doesn't end in the traditional sense of success, it will still be a successful one in my eyes because it has shown to me that we are going in the right direction.
