Barring serious, long-term injuries, I say 85 wins. Maybe 87.

The true sign of a good manager is the ability to get better results than the sum of the talent on the team. Buck sure has.

I completely expected to see myself doing a face-palm at one of my own posts. Fortunately I held my own tongue back in April. However, this team still has a ton of holes to fill. Arrieta Britton and Matusz should have been the strong points in the rotation. That did not happen.


At least now with free agency rules regarding compensation a little different now the team has the option of taking a hard look at someone outside without forfeiting part of it's future. My guess is we see a different off-season strategy. I would guess that the team is aggressive as more talent is still needed.

Still, so far it's been nice seeing competitive baseball in Baltimore.

We still have alot of holes going into next year and DD is gonna have quite an offseason to figure out but that is for another time. I predicted 73 wins and it feels so good to be wrong.
