The most realistic decent choice on this list IMO is Plank. I think that a lot of the analysis by birdwatcher is good. There is no way that Cuban comes to this franchise. If Ripken was going to buy I think it would be in a similar manner to Ryan and would be part of a group. Plank has the money and ties to the area. I want someone who has a background from the area so that they a seriously invested in developing the organization and want to take pride in it.

Thank you for your kind words Zach but realistically if Mark Cuban came to Baltimore it would touch off a firestorm of excitement with the core base. I guess we can dream, can't we???
