Pass ...on top of the bad stats he is coming off surgery. I would have no doubt he would have been signed by now if MacPhail was still screwing things up here 8-)

Even if he weren't closing in a deal with the Cubs (good choice for them) I think that Chen will be the last veteran SP we acquire this year.
