Heavy Interest in Robert Andino

The Phillies, Brewers, Mets have been shopping for up the middle prospects this morning.

I made this point in another thread but Andino could put up around 2.0 WAR if he gets full playing time. He would be a definite upgrade for some teams and should be able to pull in around a B- type prospect if dealt.

The exact reason why he should be dealt, if we could get something along the lines of that

14) Nick Bucci, RHP, Grade C+: Continues slow, steady development pace. Possible mid-rotation starter, Double-A transition will tell us a lot.

8) Julio Rodriguez, RHP, Grade B-: Scouting reports remain mixed and he doesn't have the physical upside of the pitchers ahead of him, but his statistics are outstanding. This is not some college guy tricking younger hitters: he didn't turn 21 until late August. I'm a believer.

Never seen either play, but I like what I read about them for the most part.

I wouldn't say shop him completely but if you get a decent relief prospect in return, pull the trigger. That would open up a spot for Ryan Adams, who I really like. Reimold can leadoff. The most perfect world without Roberts would be Adams starting everyday and have Andino and Antonelli DH and rotate through positions. They could give 2nd, SS, 3rd, and Left a break every once in awhile.

I would not be too quick to cut bait with Roberts' future up in the air. That said, for me to move RA, I would need to be knocked over a bit with young, upside talent
