As of right now, nobody of relevance has really lost or gained a spot on the major league roster. It is hard to tell anything off of these small sample sizes, which is a factor to the partly stagnant discussion. In a couple weeks, some intense competitions should be forming like 7th bullpen spot, 5th starter spot, and LH DH spot.

Nice win yesterday against the cocky Blue Jays. Ryan Flaherty is really giving the Orioles something to think about 8-)

There's no such thing as a nice win or a cocky team in spring training.

That win was so major that I can't even remember the game, and it just happened a few days ago. What happens in a spring training game might matter. The outcome absolutely does not.
