and latched onto Brooks, Frank, Boog, Jim, Mike, Mark, Paul and of course Weaver. After years of longing to get to Baltimore, finally made it to Memorial Stadium in !988. Felt like i was at the Mecca. I actually had tears in my eyes standing outside the entrace to the Park. It was an extremely emotion thing. Since, have made the trek to Camden Yards on 5 or 6 occassions since and have enjoyed every game that I attended. Loved last season and hated for it to end.

I was born and raised in Baltimore City (Highlandtown/Canton), and spent the first 30 years of my life in B'more City & County. I moved to Georgia in 1980 and this is my 30th year here. My first 10 years or so in Georgia I would spend many summer nights sitting in my car listening to Orioles games on WTOP AM out of D.C. fade in and out. I gradually became a Braves fan as well, and after all those years of watching great Orioles teams I have been blessed with many great Braves teams to follow as well.
My dream of course is to see both of my teams play each other in the World Series. I have had the pleasure of watching them go head to head in Atlanta a handful of times, (My son and daughter treated me to a matchup this past Fathers Day), and love embarrassing my Georgia family by shouting "O" during the National Anthem!
