Reading bits and pieces on OH, the chatter is Hammel is done for the year. Could Bundy get a start in one of these final games??? 8-)

Please include links when posting this type of rumor.

It's not fair to suggest something like this and not back it up with sources. Is it just people suggesting he's done, or is someone there claiming they heard from a source he's done?

Please post a link.

Not relying on him for the rest of the season. Nothing against him but I'm not sure he can be trusted to start a game with his knee.

I give him credit for guts to come back when he did, but we shouldn't be surprised that he wasn't fully healed.

By the way, about the Dylan Bundy part, I'd rather see Steve Johnson start.

It's very possible we see both of them start with Hammel injured, Wolf injured, and Chen out of gas.

Steve Johnson has basically been unhittable. He's looked fantastic. Strikeouts just keep coming.

In all fairness he was VERY lucky last night. He was wild but he managed to get out of all the jams he got himself into.

Yes very shaky yesterday but has still been a pleasure watching him succeed. His control seems to be shaky but strikeouts keep bailing out the walks.

He's been a LOT more consistent than he was last night. He may not have a lot of big arm stuff, but he knows what to do with it.

Apparently he had a bullpen session Tuesday that went well, according to MASN 8-)
