It all comes down to, as Buck calls it, "want to". Johnson and Gonzalez give you every bit of their talent; limited as it may be. Arrieta, Matusz, and Tillman have held themselves back more than any other factor. If just ONE of those three took the same approach as Steve or Miguel the whole league would be talking about them.
