Ronnie Paulino has been optioned to AAA Norfolk (has the option of to choose FA rather than accept assignment). This clears the way for Taylor Teagarden to be added to the roster.
Hoping it is safe to say that big leaguers dog it a little on rehab assignments. If not, Paulino will need to teach Taylor that catchers back up first base before he leaves. Based on what I saw here during his rehab Teagarden has forgotten that during his injury time.
