In his first minor league start of the season, Matusz threw a shutout for the Tides. He allowed 4 hits, walked 1, and struck out 4.
Relief Pitcher of the Week – Devin Jones
In his lone relief appearance of the week, Jones threw 4 scoreless innings with 4 strikeouts. He has the stuff to start and could be moved into a rotation later this season or next year.
